Roberta Zerbi appointed Chief Executive Officer of Lancia

Roberta Zerbi has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Lancia brand, effective immediately. She will report to Emanuele Cappellano, Head of Enlarged Europe, European Brands and Stellantis Pro One.

A graduate of LUISS Guido Carli (Rome) and holder of an MBA from Warwick Business School, Roberta Zerbi has built her entire career in the automotive industry across Italy, the UK, France, and Belgium, holding both national and regional leadership roles. She began her career at Ford in 1998 in Italy, where she held various positions in sales and marketing. She later joined Toyota, managing the Rendez-Vous Toyota in Paris from 2006 to 2008, before overseeing sales operations for Eastern Europe and Russia from Brussels.

In 2011, Roberta joined Fiat to launch the all-new Panda. In 2014, she became Cross-Brand Marketing Director for Fiat, Abarth, Lancia, Alfa Romeo, and Jeep in Italy. The following year, she was appointed Country Manager for Alfa Romeo and Jeep, and from 2017 to 2019, she led the Alfa Romeo brand for the EMEA region. Within Stellantis, Roberta took charge of Alfa Romeo and Lancia for Enlarged Europe in 2021, before assuming leadership of Stellantis & You, the company’s owned retail network, in 2023.

“It is a privilege to lead a brand that has always represented the essence of Italian elegance: beauty with purpose, sportiness, and a pioneering spirit. My goal is to preserve Lancia’s unique values while accelerating its transformation through an exciting new product line-up.” said Roberta Zerbi.

In her new role, Roberta will continue to drive the brand’s development, building on the recent launch of the Ypsilon and preparing for the introduction of two all-new models in the coming years.

Roberta succeeds Luca Napolitano, who has been appointed Head of Stellantis & You Sales and Services, reporting to Jean-Philippe Imparato.
