Joining the existing Pop, Icon and Cross trim levels, the special edition combines the practicality of the Pandina Hybrid with distinctive design elements that pay tribute to one of Italy’s most recognizable small cars.
The introduction carries historical significance. On October 21, 2026, exactly 30 years after the registration of the final Autobianchi Y10 produced, the first FIAT Pandina Tributo Autobianchi was registered. The symbolic date connects two generations of Italian automotive design and celebrates the longstanding relationship between FIAT and Autobianchi.

FIAT Pandina Tributo Autobianchi Celebrates Italian Heritage
The connection between FIAT and Autobianchi dates back several decades. Introduced in 1985, the Autobianchi Y10 was developed using a platform derived from the FIAT Panda, combining compact dimensions with distinctive styling, premium-inspired materials and greater attention to interior refinement.
Following the legacy of models such as the Bianchina and A112, the Y10 helped establish Autobianchi’s reputation for stylish and practical small cars. The model subsequently influenced the development of the Lancia Y, continuing a tradition of combining urban versatility with distinctive Italian design.
Exclusive Platino Color Defines the Exterior Design
One of the most recognizable features of the new FIAT Pandina Tributo Autobianchi is its exclusive Platino exterior color, developed specifically for this special edition. Customers can select either a single-color body finish or a two-tone configuration featuring a contrasting black roof and tailgate.
The black tailgate pays direct tribute to the original Autobianchi Y10, while additional exterior details include black mirror caps, black skid plates and dedicated “Tributo Autobianchi” side graphics. Exclusive 15-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels with specially designed hubcap logos complete the model’s distinctive appearance.

Refined Interior Features Unique Materials and Details
Inside, the Pandina Tributo Autobianchi introduces a series of exclusive materials and finishes designed to enhance comfort and visual appeal. Light-sand microfiber seats feature the characteristic “quadrettoni” pattern, complemented by dedicated logos on the front headrests and matching soft-touch inserts on the door panels.
The interior also includes a Platino-painted dashboard fascia, glossy black accents and a soft-touch steering wheel. Dedicated “Tributo Autobianchi” welcome graphics appear on the instrument cluster and infotainment display, while exclusive floor mats and trim details further distinguish the special edition from other Pandina variants.

FIAT Pandina Hybrid Leads Europe’s A-Segment Market
The launch of the Pandina Tributo Autobianchi comes as the model continues to demonstrate strong commercial performance across Europe. During the first nine months of 2026, FIAT Pandina recorded 100,000 registrations in Europe’s A-segment market, representing a 7% increase compared with the same period in 2025.
Italy remains the model’s largest market, accounting for 86,000 registrations between January and September 2026, an increase of 5% year over year. In September alone, the Pandina Hybrid achieved 10,401 registrations, representing 7.5% of the Italian passenger car market and reinforcing its position as the country’s best-selling car.
Produced in Italy at Stellantis Pomigliano d’Arco Plant
The FIAT Pandina continues to be manufactured at the Stellantis production facility in Pomigliano d’Arco, Italy. The plant plays an important role in the production of compact vehicles associated with FIAT’s Italian automotive heritage.
With its compact dimensions, hybrid powertrain and everyday practicality, the Pandina remains an important model within FIAT’s European portfolio. The Tributo Autobianchi edition builds on these characteristics by introducing exclusive design features without abandoning the vehicle’s urban-focused identity.
FIAT Expands Pandina Range with Heritage-Inspired Edition
The introduction of the Pandina Tributo Autobianchi expands the model’s lineup while celebrating the design philosophy that made Autobianchi vehicles popular among generations of Italian drivers. By combining historical styling references with contemporary materials and hybrid technology, FIAT aims to bring a distinctive character to its compact city car range.
With strong sales performance in Italy and across Europe, the Pandina continues to play a significant role in the A-segment market. The new Tributo Autobianchi version reinforces FIAT’s connection to its automotive heritage while offering customers an additional choice within its hybrid vehicle lineup.
